Returns Refunds and Cancellations

1 Return Policy:

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we only accept returns if:

• The product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

• The wrong item was shipped.

All return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, with proof of purchase and photos. Products must be unused and sealed.

2 Refunds:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

• Mode of refund will match the payment method used during purchase.

3 Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
